Rim a lowball glass with cinnamon and sugar. In a shaker with ice, combine High Rock Vodka, Orange Squeeze Moonshine, pomegranate juice, orange juice, honey, vanilla extract and a dash of cinnamon and cayenne. Shake and strain into the lowball glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, a cinnamon stick, and a sprig of rosemary.
