In a glass, muddle mint and cucumber.
Add ice to glass.

In a shaker, combine Sour Watermelon Moonshine, High Rock Vodka, watermelon juice, and lime juice. Shake well and strain into the glass. Top with sparkling water
and garnish with a watermelon slice, cucumber, and mint.
