Soak wood popsicle sticks in water while you prepare your popsicles.
In a sauce pan, add your strawberries, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes, until strawberries are soft. Allow to cool completely, then puree.
Whip the heavy cream and vanilla until soft peaks form, then fold into strawberry puree and Strawberries & Cream Sippin’ Cream. Using a 10-count popsicle mold, pour in mixture and place in freezer. Allow to freeze for at least 8 hours.
When ready, use warm water on underside of popsicle mold to loosen. Remove from molds and sink into dreamy strawberry bliss!
