Flip a glass over smoking rosemary so the smoke coats the inside of the glass. Add ice to the glass and combine High Rock Vodka with a splash of grenadine or pomegranate juice, and top with tonic soda.

Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary.
