Rye Apple Sour

Ingredients

1.5 oz Mark & Digger's Rye Apple Moonshine
1 oz Sour Mix
2 oz Dry Red Wine
1 Egg White
.5 oz Simple Syrup

Instructions

Build cocktail in a glass with ice, add Mark & Digger’s Rye Apple Moonshine and sour mix, and layer red wine on top of the mixture. In a cocktail shaker, mix simple syrup and egg white and shake until foamy. Float foam on top of the drink.

Must be 21+ to enjoy. Please sip wisely.
