1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
2. In a separate mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and Strawberry Dream Appalachian Sippin’ Cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Fold together cream cheese and heavy cream mixtures.
4. Fold in Cool Whip.
5. Puree strawberries (reserving some for garnish) in a food processor.
6. Fold strawberry puree into the mixture until well blended.
7. Spread evenly into pie crusts and freeze for at least 2 hours.
8. Allow to thaw 30 minutes before garnishing and serving.
