Mix pineapple juice and cream of coconut in a blender and mix until smooth. Split blended coconut mixture into 4 glasses. Rinse blender with warm water. Add Piña Colada Moonshine and strawberries to the blender and mix until smooth. Layer strawberry mixture in glasses over the coconut mixture and swirl. Garnish with pineapple slices.
