Cream together 2 sticks of butter, 1 cup of white sugar, and 1 cup of Brown Sugar.
Add eggs, 1/2 cup of Butter Pecan Appalachian Sippin’ Cream, vanilla, baking powder and mix again.
Slowly add in flour and mix until smooth.
Fold in chopped pecans.
Bake in a greased Bundt pan at 350° F for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Butter Pecan Glaze
Instructions:
Over medium heat, melt 1 stick of butter and 1 cup of brown sugar in a saucepan.
Remove from heat and whisk in 2 tbsp of water and 4 tbsp of Butter Pecan Appalachian Sippin’ Cream.
