Mix blackberry simple syrup ingredients in a small pot and bring to a gentle boil. Remove from heat and cool. Mash blackberries with a fork and boil for 5 mins. Strain mixture and transfer syrup to an airtight container.

Combine Blockader’s Blackberry Moonshine with blackberry simple syrup in a glass over ice. Top with club soda and a splash of lime juice. Garnish
with fresh blackberries.
