New product marks iconic outdoor brand’s first foray into the spirits space
Field & Stream Honey Pecan Moonshine combines the smooth sweetness of natural honey with the warm, nutty flavors of toasted pecans. This 60-proof (30% alcohol/volume) moonshine is perfect for enjoying by the campfire or mixing into cocktails that capture the essence of the outdoors. The jar label pays homage the Field & Stream’s return to print, closely resembling the cover of its latest edition.
“Field & Stream is an incredible brand with a rich history that resonates deeply with our own values of quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship,” said Patrick Sullivan, Sugarlands chief revenue officer. “This partnership is a unique opportunity to connect with an iconic company and its community to introduce Sugarlands to a wider audience”
Field & Stream Honey Pecan Moonshine launches on the heels of Field & Stream’s release of The Wilderness Issue—Volume 129, Issue 2, the second journal release since returning to print earlier this year. Honey Pecan Moonshine marks Field & Stream’s first foray into the spirits space and the first collaboration between Field & Stream and Sugarlands. The product will be available at Sugarlands’ downtown Gatlinburg Distillery beginning Tuesday, October 22, and then at retailers nationwide.
“As we embark on this exciting partnership with Sugarlands Distilling Company, we celebrate the shared values that bind our brands—community, tradition, storytelling, and a deep-rooted connection to the great outdoors,” said Doug McNamee, president of Field & Stream. “Field & Stream has been telling stories for over a century and now, with the introduction of our Honey Pecan Moonshine, we invite our community to gather around the campfire, disconnect, and share meaningful moments with friends and family.”

Made famous by Tennessee whiskeys, the Lincoln County Process uses sugar maple charcoal to smooth and mellow the finish. High Rock checks in at 88 proof, a nod to the number Earnhardt drove for a decade in the NASCAR Cup Series.
Sugarlands’ downtown Gatlinburg distillery welcomes more than one million guests each year. The distillery was voted the top craft spirits distillery tasting room in America by USA TODAY 10Best and is rated as TripAdvisor’s number one thing to do in Gatlinburg and the world’s top-rated distillery experience.
