Charred Grapefruit Paloma

Ingredients

2 oz High Rock Vodka
1 tsp Butterfly Pea Flower
1.25 oz Grapefruit Simple Syrup
2 oz Club Soda
2 oz Grapefruit Juice
Charred Grapefruit Slice
Ice

Instructions

Infuse High Rock Vodka with butterfly pea flower for 5-10 minutes. In a shaker with ice, combine the infused vodka, grapefruit simple syrup, and grapefruit juice.
Shake and strain into a coupe class.
Top with club soda and garnish with a charred grapefruit slice.

Must be 21+ to enjoy. Please sip wisely.
