New personnel will help accelerate Sugarlands’ continued growth across new markets
GATLINBURG, Tenn. (January 12, 2022) – Sugarlands Distilling Co., an award-winning craft distillery, today announced the addition of Matt Bowden to its team as Northeast Regional Sales Manager, focusing on key accounts in the New England region.
Bowden comes to Sugarlands with nearly 15 years of experience in the beverage sales industry. Prior to joining Sugarlands, Bowden served as Field Sales Manager for Mark Anthony Brands International, representing White Claw and Mike’s Hard Lemonade in New England states. Bowden spent over a decade with Shipyard Brewing Company, the largest brewer in Maine, as the brewery’s sales representative in both Maine and Florida. A graduate of the University of Maine, Orono, Bowden holds a degree in Business Administration.

Bowden will lead Sugarlands sales efforts in the northeast, focusing on New England states Connecticut, Maine, Masschusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, and Washington D.C. and Vermont.
