Pour 1 ½ oz. Maple Bacon Moonshine into mug, and top with ginger beer. Add a splash of lime juice. Top with a lime wedge and Maple Candied Bacon, if desired.
To make Maple Candied Bacon: Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a cooling rack on top. Lay bacon across the cooling rack, and brush with real maple syrup. Sprinkle the bacon with a bit of brown sugar, and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Flip bacon over and brush with more maple syrup, and sprinkle with more brown sugar. Return to the oven for another 12-15 minutes, or until desired degree of crispiness. Remove from the oven, and loosen from the cooling rack while still warm. Let cool completely
before removing.
